Before you ask
It really needs no filters?
Right. Clean water sits sealed in its own tank and is poured into the bowl in fresh batches. What's left over is drained into a separate waste tank instead of being pumped around — so there is no cartridge to replace, ever.
How long does a charge last?
The manufacturer rates the 2200 mAh battery at 15 days of continuous use and 180 days of standby. Charging is USB-C and takes about two hours — the cable and adapter are in the box.
How does the schedule work?
Pick an interval — every 3, 6 or 9 hours — and a refill volume of 80, 100 or 120 ml, on the unit's panel or with the remote. It drains the bowl and pours fresh water each time.
How long does delivery take?
Three business days to dispatch from our US warehouse, then five to seven days in transit. We don't currently ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
Can I return it?
30 days, used or unused. If your cat ignored it, that counts. Email us and we send a prepaid label.
