Refund policy

We want your cat to actually use this. If she doesn't, you get your money back.

30-day returns, used or unused. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The fountain does not need to be unused or in its original packaging — if your cat ignored it, that counts as a reason.

How to start a return: email hello@purrpour.com with your order number and a sentence about what went wrong. We reply within one business day and send you a prepaid return label. Do not ship anything back before you receive that label — returns sent without one cannot be tracked to your order.

Refunds: once the return is scanned by the carrier we issue your refund to the original payment method. Your bank typically posts it within 5-10 business days. Return shipping is on us.
