Shipping policy
Where we ship: everywhere in the United States except Alaska and Hawaii — all 48 contiguous states plus DC. We do not ship internationally yet.
Street addresses only: our warehouse carrier cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please use a physical street address at checkout — an order placed to a PO box cannot be shipped.
Cost: $6.95 flat. Free on orders over $59.
How long it takes: orders are dispatched from our US warehouse within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays start processing the next business day. Transit time after dispatch depends on the item:
- Cordless Water Dispenser — typically 5–7 days in transit
- Corner Cat House — typically 3–7 days in transit
- Magic Organ Scratcher — typically 3–15 days in transit (this item ships from a slower warehouse)
Orders with more than one item: our products ship from different warehouses, so a multi-item order usually arrives in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. They can arrive several days apart.
If we can't deliver to your address: we email you before shipping to ask for an alternative. If none is possible we cancel and refund in full.
Tracking: you receive a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier scans your parcel. If your tracking has not moved for 5 business days, email sales@purrpour.com and we will chase it.
